Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience applying prompt engineering or conversational engineering to real business problems.
- Proven experience with AI-driven chatbots or generative content models, preferably GPT-like architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in programming/scripting, preferably in Python.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, such as OpenAI's platform, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field with 3+ years experience.
- Experience with various AI models and platforms beyond GPT.
- Prior experience in a cross-functional team, collaborating with researchers, developers, and product teams.
