What a typical day looks like:
Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables.
Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.
Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment.
Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities:
- P&L Management / Financial Management / Cost Management / Forecast Management
- Team Leadership / CFT Owner
- Customer Relationship Management / Customer Communication
- Contract Compliance / Management
- Risk management
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 3+ years of experience of Program/project management
- Advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
- Detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
- Functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills.
