Drives program success by successfully managing and executing to roadmap projects.
Develops strong relationships with all KLA product divisions, factories, install and services stakeholders. Works closely with these business stakeholders to understand and support their needs.
Lead and execute projects by working closely with IT to develop key features and capabilities, and to resolve any bugs.
Fully understands KLA’s Product Lifecycle (PLC) process to ensure quality of new capabilities or enhancements meet KLA’s high standards.
Enable and setup eQuality including all supported processes for new M&As.
Ensure business operations’ eQuality needs are supported.
Minimum Qualifications
PHD/.Master's/Bachelor'sDegree with at least 3 years' of related work experience.
Must be able to work cross functionally and across time zones with global stakeholders and functions.
Effective problem solving independently, and with High Performing Teams.
Ability to understand KLA design, manufacturing, install, and service processes.
Ability to learn KLA enterprise systems and databases to support eQuality requirements.
Team player with strong interpersonal, communications, presentation, and project management skills.
Comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Knowledge and understanding of eQuality or Rockwell Automation’s Factory Talk Production Centre a plus.
