What you’ll do

Responsibilities include:

  • Content Development: Building content along SAP SIX Exp Journeys, focusing on quality, validation, and testing.
  • Content Creation: Develop video assets and visuals for demo assets and communications.
  • Presentation Design: Create and design presentations and working materials.
  • Scalable Content: Support pieces of content that can be brought together, scaled, and reused for various purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline activities.
  • Documentation Development: Collaborate with Demo Engineers to develop demo documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Test demo environments and provide feedback to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Internal Communication: Design and maintain internal collaboration channels like SAP Workzone and MS Teams.

What you bring

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences with a focus on:

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Design, Information Technology.
  • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing tools, familiarity with Figma, and basic HTML coding are a plus but not required.
  • Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Think creatively and ensure the quality and accuracy of the content produced.
  • Strategic Thinking & Communication: Ability to think strategically and contribute to innovative solutions; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively in virtual teams.
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Availability: At least two semesters, working part-time 16 to 20 hours per week.
