Responsibilities Include:

• Contribute to developing high-quality technical documentation by working with writers and engineers to scope, design, edit, and publish technical content as directed by leadinformation developers and more senior writers.

• Interactively contribute to the documentation creation and maintenance process.

• Under the direction of IDD management and more senior writers, assist with the documentationfor a product area, follow through and complete the product cycle, and assist with reporting

accurate and timely status for all assignments.

• Work with reviewers to ensure technical accuracy and appropriateness of content according

to prescribed project deliverables and schedules.

• Gain awareness of customer issues and documentation usage from a customer perspective

• Balance work volume and quality, and appropriately escalate issues to management.

• Participate in the collaboration with senior writers and editors in all locations to ensureadherence to the prescribed style guide for the seamless flow of information to our

• Assist with monitoring problem tracking to identify documentation problems or changes andtrends in product usability issues.

• Work with lead information developers and editors to understand concepts for optimizing

• Assist with the initiation and recommendation of creative ways to improve technicalinformation deliverables and processes.

• Maintain a good working relationship with individuals internal and external to IDD and BMC.
