As an AdvancedSystems Engineer within Honeywell Space Engineering , you will be part of ateam developing the Carbon Dioxide Removal by Ionic Liquid System (CDRILS) , alife support system for space and terrestrial applications, and othertechnologies that make it possible to live and breathe.

You will report directly to our Sr Space EngineeringManager and you'll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with a large cross-functional and cross-site team (including program management, advanced technology, engineering, and business development) as well as with customer design teams.
  • Become a technical expert for CDRILS and oversee all aspects of system qualification
  • Develop, decompose and manage requirements and V&V process
  • Become highly knowledgeable in other ECLSS (Environmental Controls and Life SupportSystems) technologies for future road mapping
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 5+ years of relativeexperience with 2+ years in space applications
  • Mustbe a US Citizen due to contractual and export control requirements
