WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Senior Partner Rep, Korea RNWY & Style Specialty, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Nike’s marketplace strategy for this new channel offense. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop & Elevate RNWY & Style Specialty Offense – Lead marketplace development for this new channel, crafting long-term strategies to drive consumer engagement and enhance retail experiences for young female consumers.
- Drive Business Growth – Execute banner strategies and drive both revenue and brand relevance. Build seasonal business plans, optimize assortments, and strengthen Nike’s brand positioning through deep consumer connection.
- Account & Partner Management – Strengthen relationships with retail partners by aligning business strategies and ensuring seamless execution from sell-in to in-season retail execution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Brand/Marketing, and Marketplace Operations teams at both the territory and GEO level to ensure Nike’s product, brand storytelling, and retail execution align with strategic goals and connect with consumers.
