Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative, Business, or Public Policy field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in working within strategy or business operations groups.
2 years of experience in working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
Experience in working with international, executive teams and stakeholders; with excellent program management skills, and ability to pay high attention to detail, and drive projects to completion.
Experience in managing the planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
Ability to extend hours to overlap with Asia Pacific (APAC) as needed.
Ability to work in a changing environments.
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and collaborate with executives.
