- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
- 7 years of experience working in domestic and international environments managing vendors (i.e., suppliers, manufacturers) or Third-Party Logistics.
- 5 years of experience managing operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional, cross-geographical stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative and deliver for long, short, and medium-term priorities of the business.
- Ability to consistently deliver business transformation programs in a fast paced and dynamic environment, work through ambiguity, across multiple technology partners
