Manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing for multiple roles simultaneously
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top passive talent
Conduct behavioral-based screening calls to assess candidate fit
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep relevant business partners updated
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and business partners
Leverage data and market insights to drive sourcing strategy and present findings
Drive process improvements and support recruitment-related projects
Deliver a "Best in Class" candidate experience at every touchpoint
What You’ll Bring
Previous sourcing experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably sourcing for skilled blue collar roles such as Technicians and Engineers in a production environment.
Proficient in English and German language
Proven track record in sourcing and assessing both technical and non-technical candidates
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Experience in using ATS and other common sourcing tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies
