What You’ll Do
- Be a business partner to our Commercial Sales and Sales Development team, supporting them in their daily operations, providing valuable insights, and improving their internal processes
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Assist in revenue forecasting and planning activities to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the CRM system (i.e., Salesforce) by ensuring accurate data entry, regular updates, and proper utilization by sales teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and product consumption.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams to align revenue goals, strategies, and initiatives across the organization.
- Document and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and revenue-related processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
What will you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (Tableau).
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
