You are responsible for
- Support on Quarterly Business KPIs
- Support on Quarterly Sales Incentive Analysis
- Support developing benefits communication campaign
- Support analyzing Salary surveys in the region
- Support managing the Benefits Portal content
- Support on the Annual Compensation Review Cycle.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Student enrolled in a local University studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related courses ;
- Passionate and proactive person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;
- Eager to learn and develop within Rewards/HR function
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;
- Advanced English both verbal and written;
- Advanced MC Office mainly in Excel and Power Point
