You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of payments for our enterprise clients. By building trusted relationships and aligning merchant needs with PayPal’s ecosystem, you’ll drive outcomes that matter—to them and to us.
Your day-to-day:
Own senior-level merchant relationships and drive strategic account planning.
Lead commercial conversations—from onboarding to negotiation to renewal.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to hit growth targets.
Anticipate merchant needs, mitigate risks, and champion long-term success.
Track your pipeline and revenue forecasts with laser-sharp accuracy.
What do you need to bring:
7+ years in account management, client success, or sales—ideally in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
Proven success managing high-value, complex accounts and smashing targets.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and building executive relationships.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
