PayPal Ads is seeking a highly strategic and results‑driven Senior Manager, GTM to own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and execution for our advertising products. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless launches, comprehensive enablement, and continuous adoption of new features across our commercial organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive go‑to‑market launch strategies for new PayPal Ads products and feature releases, coordinating cross‑functional activities across sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and operations readiness.

  • Define success metrics, conduct post‑launch analyses, and iterate on plans based on data and stakeholder feedback.

  • Oversee a unified GTM roadmap that aligns product feature releases with marketing activities, sales cycles, and key industry events, maintaining visibility into the full PayPal Ads calendar.

  • Design, develop, and manage a best‑in‑class training program for Sales and Customer Success teams, including playbooks, workshops, and digital learning modules, and continuously evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback loops.

  • Serve as the primary resource for commercial teams’ questions regarding product readiness, coverage, and positioning, troubleshooting real‑time GTM issues and escalating blockers as needed.

  • Act as the GTM lead in cross‑functional forums, driving alignment among Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance, and advocating for customer and market insights.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or Sales Enablement—ideally in ad tech, digital media, or payments industries, with a proven track record of planning and launching complex B2B products at scale.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and drive decisions, as well as experience managing roadmaps and coordinating multi‑stakeholder calendars.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting compelling narratives and sales collateral, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
