Build our new backend & client shared frameworks, supercharging other R&D teams with the capabilities to focus on business logic with great confidence.
Design and develop key parts of the company’s application, such as the our Board’s engine (aka mondayDB), to support great scale and performance in strategic areas.
Lead the building of a new Monday architecture that supports a much larger scale of developers and data, focusing on “key” parts implementation (like a general authorization system).

Lead the building of a new Monday architecture that supports a much larger scale of developers and data, focusing on “key” parts implementation (like a general authorization system).
Lead and scale a team of talented engineers building & leading monday.com’s architecture and horizontal services.
Ensure our architecture supports our short and long term goals.
Lead the Implementation and adoption of key parts of the company’s application.
Lead the research and adoption of new technologies.
Be both a technical leader and people manager.
You will work closely with other teams in the R&D - to execute our technical roadmap and build amazing user experience.
