Job Description
  • Supervises fund closing, fund performance and reporting.
  • Leads all aspects of new fund offerings including reviewing and approving overall investment model, distributing fund-level information to institutional investors and senior management, and participating in the fund closing process.
  • Supervises overall fund performance, including yield maintenance through investors, both through financial modeling and oversight of transaction level performance. Performs working capital reserve analysis and recommends fee recognition and distribution. Participates in specific conversations with investors. Communicates internal revenue and budget results from syndication to senior managers.
  • Reviews timing and proposed uses of investment fund capital. Supervises the process of calling investor capital to ensure maximum fund performance. Establishes quality control procedures for the capital call process as needed to ensure congruence with fund and transaction level documents.
  • Motivates and develops staff which includes, acquiring top talent and managing performance based issues. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes. Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis.

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)
