KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to ensure organizational objectives are met.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports (Talent Management) and problem resolution.
- Oversee daily operations of the organization and its departments.
- Responsible for providing strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, and 12 months out) including labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning.
- Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations, reduce cost per unit and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives – SQDCI.
- Mentor and develop leaders.
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
- AOP and Capital planning
- Ensures a safe work environment for all employees
YOU MUST HAVE - 5+ years of Manufacturing Leadership experience.
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.

Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $133,000 - $182,000 plus bonus Current employees may visit HR Direct.
