In this role, you will…
- Extract, transform, and analyze marketing data for analysis and reporting purposes
- Provide support to the Align management team in answering questions with robust analytics
- Participate in creating monthly and quarterly business reviews that assess changing trends in the business and develop and implement key performance metrics that help identify business opportunities and measure marketing performance
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for assigned department on an as needed basis
- Other duties may be assigned
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in statistics or similar business related fields.
- Strong experience with SQL
- Strong analytics, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2 to 5 years business analytics experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- 2 to 5 years of experience with Python or R
- 2 to 5 years of business case modelling
Preferred:
- MBA or Masters
- Strong experience with Python or R
- 3+ years statistics, regression, modeling, and/or data science experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting marketing
- Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
