Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in partner enablement, or technical training within the cloud or technology sector.
Experience in mentoring and growing talent as a people manager.
Experience in creating a technical enablement strategy focused on delivery excellence and aligned with overall business goals and the partner ecosystem.
Preferred qualifications:
Deep understanding of the delivery and consumption operating model for cloud technology.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a broad set of stakeholders in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
