About the Role

Growth Account Executives own the relationship and growth strategy by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating deals that are mutually beneficial, and getting commitment from senior decision-makers. You will partner with our implementation team to launch new products, use cases, or expansions with the ultimate goal of growing revenue and driving product adoption.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop a comprehensive view of the client that includes their business priorities, competitive edge in the marketplace, industry trends, and key strategic partner relationships.
  • Grow and retain a book of business and proactively identify expansion opportunities to drive growth across multiple lines of business, products, and services for customers to exceed revenue goals. (Increase adoption and usage of our current programs, expand to new offices or departments, or cross-sell new product offerings)
  • Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and expansions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and owning the discussion with the client.
  • Build, enhance, and implement long-term client relationships and communication at the C-level, with executives, key decision-makers, and influencers. Ensure our partners have an exceptional experience with Uber for Business.
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews to illustrate the adoption of our platform and drive the conversation towards opportunities to expand the partnership and spend with Uber.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organization to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources and advise the product roadmap.
  • Adapt to the changing needs and priorities of our business and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share standard methodologies, support the team, and promote a positive culture.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B experience in a client-facing function
  • Experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive quota-carrying role
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of client-facing experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a full quota-carrying sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing
  • Experience selling to Global and US enterprise accounts
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Experience in Anything-as-a-Service (Tech Based), Tech that is consumption-based, selling into multiple verticals
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious spirit, this team moves fast and always operates in new and ambiguous spaces
  • Ability to handle the big picture and the tiny details. You’re organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You flourish by creating new ways to grow revenue within existing partnerships
  • Collaboration and teamwork are natural.

  • Strong prioritization skills: able to manage time effectively, prioritizing high-value clients, while working with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$105,000 per year - USD$117,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$117,000 per year - USD$130,000 per year.
