And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilities- Manage end-to-end audit projects and borrowed resources- Facilitate and liaise with multiple stakeholders, including Operations leaders, to mutually accept audit findings and appropriate corrective action
- Draft clear and concise audit reports within agreed timeframes. Guide management on appropriate corrective action
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure appropriate corrective action has been taken to resolve identified deficiencies
- Perform analyses of audit outcomes to identify trending issues. Report on key metrics and make recommendations for process and system improvements
- Highlight, and provide corrective action solutions for hazards identified outside of a defined audit scope- Share best practices to assist in the continuous improvement of individual and organizational H&S performance
- Support the design and delivery of internal auditor training- Other H&S program management duties as neededDiverse Experiences

- 5+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in internal or external auditing
- 3+ years’ experience in program or project management
