EY GDS Central Operations Project Coordinator - months contract

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with the GDS Poland Central Operations Leadership team on various strategic initiatives
• Successfully coordinate assigned projects to the agreed schedule, budget, and scope
• Work closely with the respective internal and external stakeholders when coordinating projects
• Schedule the project key meetings
• Facilitate some of the project meetings
• Get familiar with and follow the required processes and procedures
• Support the preparation of the GDS monthly operations reports and other required materials
• Perform supporting activities as e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, budget preparation, and tracking
• Interface and communicate with various project teams, management, and stakeholders
• Perform analysis and investigation into specific delivery issues in the assigned projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• Fluent English both speaking and writing is a must
• Previous work or project-related experience in a global environment/virtual teams is preferred
• Good understanding of standard project phases
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in working with senior and junior stakeholders – internal and external
• Good analytical and research skills
• Ability to learn and understand functional processes around business operations
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and fair knowledge of Outlook

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong organizational skills
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good co-ordination and organization experience (Operational/Administrative)
• Analytical and research skills
