Your Career
You’ll collaborate with product management, engineering, UX, and QA teams as you write content that helps users understand the risks their organizations face, and how to secure their employees no matter where they are. You’ll build relationships with our stakeholders in the field who work directly with customers, to ensure that our content enables our users to discover and adopt new features and to self-service.
This role is focused on our new cloud-delivered management platform, Strata Cloud Manager. The team works in an agile development cycle, following a docs as code methodology. In-product content is going to play a big role in making this growing product intuitive, and experience or interest in these areas would be great:
- UX content
- Information architecture
- Context-sensitive help
- Plain language
- Diverse content mediums like videos and walkthroughs
- Localization

Your Experience
- We’re looking for a seasoned technical writer with a proven track record of writing content that simplifies the user experience
- Minimum 7 years of Experience with security technologies, threat prevention, or SaaS security is a bonus - It’s also great if you have experience with the tools that we use to get our work done, including
- Source control tools (Git)
- Topic-based authoring tools (DITA or XML authoring, Oxygen)
- Video tutorial creation tools (Videate)
- Team collaboration and release tracking tools (Confluence and Jira and Asana)
- Digital Adoption Platforms (Pendo)
- We’d love to see writing samples, especially concepts and tasks written from scratch or videos you’ve created
- BA/BS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
