Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying client needs, proposing innovative network & security infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a team of network architects, engineers, and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Develop team capabilities by providing training, career development, and technical guidance and Manage resource allocation, project planning, and performance reviews for direct reports
• Lead the preparation, review, and response to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) for network solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and implementation timelines
• Provide expert guidance on multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, SD-WAN, and software-defined networking (SDN) architectures.
• Develop detailed network blueprints, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Drive cost optimization techniques by implementing strategic improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 18+ years of experience in network architecture, consulting, and enterprise solutions, with at least 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams, driving strategy, and leading large-scale network transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business objectives, financial considerations, and ROI analysis related to network investments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), SD-WAN, network security, and automation.
• Relevant industry-recognized certifications showcasing advanced expertise in network architecture, cloud technologies, and security are highly preferred.
