KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the management and optimization of digital tools across North America, ensuring alignment and impact across wholesale and cross-functional teams
Oversee seasonal and ad hoc tool setup, acting as the subject matter expert for automation and process integration
Coordinate training, documentation, and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent tool usage and scalable learning
Drive successful rollouts of new functionality through testing, change management, and stakeholder readiness
Collaborate with global and local teams to align on strategy, share best practices, and represent North American priorities
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with experience solving complex problems using data and insights
Proven ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and levels
Familiarity with go-to-market processes and systems in commercial or operational environments
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field
Minimum five years of experience in sales, operations, or systems support
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and other industry-relevant platforms preferred
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Smartsheet experience a plus
