Description
- Low-voltage electrical troubleshooting- Enforce safety requirements related to mechanical systems, electricity, and hazmat- Operating and fixing building automation systems- Multi-tasking to support work efforts across sites- Support construction projects, ensuring all facilities delivered to end-users are up to the same standards as our existing facilities- Perform special projects to support building users’ requests- Participate in departmental on-call program, as designated- Performing rounds/health checks on equipment
Key Qualifications
- HVAC experience
- MEP knowledge
- Building automation system experience
- Ability to work alone and collaboratively
- Basic administrative skills
- Experience with CMMS and service request systems
- Ability to respond to urgent matters
