- 15 years of experience leading technical organizations of 500+.
- Experience executing multiple strategic initiatives and day-to-day priorities concurrently.
- Experience leading, scaling, and developing geographically dispersed cross-functional organizations, including organizational design, recruitment, and continued development of the existing team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience in privacy, policy, or areas like large-scale adversarial machine learning.
- Experience providing thought leadership around, and passion for, user privacy, security, and ethics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to bring disparate perspectives and personalities together to navigate complex and rapidly shifting competitive environments.
