Intern – Service Contracts and Service Operations – Nashville, TN – Summer 2025
Your role:
- Performing contract review, for compliance, to ensure all applicable policy criteria have been satisfied
- Utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies
- Creating customized, timely, and accurate invoicing per terms of service contract and serving as the point of contact for other team members and internal and external customers
- Creatively consulting with sales and/or service proposals on alternative options to provide guidance of requirements and partnering to drive solutions
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines while continuing to provide outstanding support to our internal partners and external customers
- Maintaining a winning partnership with Sales and other internal teams to ensure continuous alignment with joint goals and objectives
You're the right fit if:
- Enrolled in an accredited university pursing a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Intermediate to advanced level competency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Strong verbal and written writing skills and strong attention to detail and a proven track record of data integrity
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner
- Excellent time management skills and carry high degree of competence in completing duties in a timely and effective manner with a strong attention to detail, even when managing a variety of projects/tasks simultaneously.

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
