A As a Web Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test web-based applications that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in web development and programming languages will contribute to the success of our software engineering team. You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Gdañsk location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge web applications that enhance productivity, improve user experience, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design web applications
• Develop and maintain web-based software solutions using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Develop and maintain backend software solutions using programming languages such as C# and TSQL
• Conduct testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality and performance
• Implement security measures to protect web applications from potential threats
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# and TSQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular
• Knowledge of back-end development using frameworks such as C# and TSQL
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
