In this position…

• Lead STA representative between external suppliers and Ford VO (Vehicle Operations) and PVT (Plant Vehicle Team).
• Facilitate
  Critical Supplier Process
  to drive supplier site QR performance improvement.
• Participate in Whiteboard (Post-OKTB), VRT Meetings, Daily Plant Quality (FCPA / Warranty / PIC Room) Meeting, as needed on an exception basis. Drive resolution of external supplier process (SP) 0-MIS to 3-MIS warranty concerns through supplier notification and driving containment action(s) at the responsible supplier.
