Responsibilities:
- Enable design-thinking led experiences with clients across the various associated activities
- Apply creativity, critical thinking and client-centric perspectives to build and evolve capabilities of the team and produce work products
- Be adaptable and flexible to lead workstreams across project management, designing activities, facilitating, primary and secondary research, proposals etc.
- Curate and build content, work on research including conducting interviews for primary research, synthesize findings to meaningful insights.
- Work closely with Experience Manager to collaborate and contribute to the success and outcomes from experiences
- Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems
- Manage data effectively, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility to support decision-making and project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and governance processes to ensure compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Ideally, you’ll also have
- Advanced degree preferred, 2+ years professional experience in design thinking/ session design and delivery/ facilitation/ innovation or related areas
