What you’ll do?
As a Solution Advisor (SA) you work as an Application Development, Automation/AI and Integration
In theDiscovery phaseyou will support mainly clients exploring potential BTP solutions and help sales teams build pipeline performing key activities such as:
- Contributing to Account or Territory Pipeline Planning
- Supporting One-to-Few Events & One-to-Many events by delivering customer-facing presentations, digital assets and demos/hackathons about SAP’s Build or Integration Suite and AI Foundation portfolio.
- Performing Account-Specific Discovery using customer interviews, workshops, and vigorous dry-runs
- Contributing to successful Opportunity Qualification
During theSelect phaseyou will support clients building their clean core strategy vision using key activities such as:
- Defining and driving long-term roadmapsfor full business transformation, including value definition and delivery.
- Ensuring the selected Build & AI solutions address customer pain points and support their strategic vision .
- Facilitating a smooth transitionto the implementation and adoption phases.
- Post-Sales Transition: Facilitating knowledge transfer between sales and implementation/onboarding teams, ensuring continuity and alignment with customer goals. This includes internal meetings to share key information like sales assets, customer objectives, and contact details.
- Solution Clarification Demos and Presentations
During theExtend phaseyou will focus on prioritizing innovation and growth within existing customer accounts. You will handle key activities such as:
- Upsell/Cross-sell Identification:you act as a consultant to the sales team, drawing on your knowledge of the account to pinpoint upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

What you’ll bring?
Required:
- Minimum level of required education: Bachelor’s Degree Computer/IT Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Solution Advisor/presales, Consultant, or similar role in the SAP ecosystem.
- 2+ years of App Development, Low Code/ No Code development tools, RPA, Integration and AI solutions selling experience in competitor’s space
- Proven track record of presenting/ story telling and demonstrating cloud software solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Bi-lingual (English and Dutch or French)
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Workzone, SAP AI services/ AI core and SAP AI Launchpad and/or SAP Integration Suite
- Familiar with CI/CD, Security & Automation/ Container&Cloud (Cloudfoundry, Docker/Kubernetes...)
- Familiar with AI/ML Frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch and related ML Libraries)
- Familiar with RPA technologies such as UiPath
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Passion and energy in all customer interactions
- Ability to drive opportunities in collaboration with Account Executive, Sales Specialists, Customer Success Managers and Partner Business Managers
