You will work with business partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment driving meaningful impact. You should be comfortable working in a technical, software development environment alongside product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing professionals.

You’ll be:

• Focused on some of our largest commercial transactions in support of our SaaS services. You will be drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts with the leading financial institutions of the world.
• Learning new technologies, products and practice areas without much precedence.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deliver pragmatic guidance as part of the overall product design and business roadmap
• Involved in developing the legal infrastructure for our products building the procedures between the legal team and the other client-facing teams across the company
• Identifying potential risk and advising the company executive team on ways to mitigate such risk
• Advising clients on the various legal risks, business strategies, and other product and regulatory issues related to commercial transactions and general operations.
• Creating templates and advising on implementation.
• Consulting with the executive team on company-wide legal topics.

You’ll bring:

• Experience working within a technology company, preferably with a SaaS or Software offering.
• Background in Financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry
• J.D. or LL.B accredited from a law school
• Experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience with Internet or technology companies and/or SaaS companies, preferred.
• Experience as a team player who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to solve issues and work collaboratively to generate consensus across diverse points of view
• Experience negotiating complex technology transactions on a global basis
• Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communications

We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
