Your role:

  • Ensure that team members follow procedures accordingly and all required documentation is completed. Able to supervise and ensure products are assembled with quality and comply with our customers’ regulations.

  • Training of production personnel for the assembly lines assigned through on-the-job training or classroom training. Lead a team consisting of 10+ assemblers and 1 or more material handlers.

  • Lead daily management meetings with team and be able to identify the root cause and implement countermeasures through problem solving techniques.

  • Coach team members on performance and continuous improvement strategies to meet quality and delivery targets. Input of the required data for work order completion using shop floor system including closing work orders, issuing components, scrapping parts and recording defective components.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience with material handling and assembly.

  • Your skills include 1+ years of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and barcode scanners.

  • You have at least a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The pay range for this position in California is $17.75 to $27.50 per hour.
