As a Director of Software Operations here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing our software operations department. • Guide and oversee the software operations department, providing strategic direction and guidance.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize software delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction.

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of software solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Monitor and analyze software operations performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives in a 24X7 support environment.

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in software operations management or a similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in software development processes and methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong guidance and strategic thinking.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure and services
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful abilities.
