Senior Energy Engineerconducts facility site visits, analyzes the customer’s current situation, and produces plans for Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs). This position also assists sales and operations in the development, procurement, and execution of performance contracts.Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, responsive, and responsible environments. As a Senior Energy Engineer, you will:

  • Function asa customer specificon-siteEnergy Manager in Dallas, Texas.This position will address energy procurement,energy risk management, energy forecasting,leadutility and local energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate Siemens Energy Engineers and staff todeterminefacility operational characteristics and apply building energy simulation programs to develop energy, cooling, and heating load-building models usingenergymodelingand/or reportingsoftware.
  • Performspecificdetailed facility audits toidentifyFacility Improvement Measures (FIMs).Identifiedimprovement measureswillincludesavings potential, cost estimates, and data to verifyimpact.
  • Investigate and coordinate the campus LEED certification program.
  • Develop, report, and presentall aspects of energy management on a frequent basisincluding dashboard creation and maintenance.

You will make in impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • degreein a related science or engineering field
  • Nationally recognized Professional Energy Management, Commissioning,or Engineering Certification
  • 7+years of energy industry experience supporting performance-based projects
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience withMicrosoft Office
  • Highly proficient with using Microsoft Excel
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • Must be21years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Commissioning Professional certification
  • 10+ Years of experience with supporting Energy performance-based projects

  • The pay range for this position is $80,920 - $138,720and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
