This position requires an individual who will:* Drive and ship Music and Podcast projects to support customer facing features as well as internal tools.* Lead multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder management, reporting, and risk assessments.* Work on cross-functional projects with multi-functional schedules across the Apple ecosystem.* Foster a collaborative environment and lead by example with a focus on excellence, inclusivity, and compassion, while also being process-oriented and striving for efficiency.* Build relationships and bring people together across Apple Services Engineering and partner teams.
- 5+ years experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager.
- Experience managing projects using Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience managing projects/programs through the software development lifecycle from requirements to production.
- Strong experience in driving complex and multi-functional software projects and integrations.
- BS in Computer Science or related experience.
- Experience leading highly technical/complex software projects.
- Strong background in driving programs includes but not limited to: reporting, capacity planning, etc.
- Strong presentation skills and experience tailoring communications to various audiences.
- Ability to drive and participate in technical discussions.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills including the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences.
- High attention to detail; ability to quickly adsorb terminology and understand dependencies across various technology stacks.
- Highly organized; proven track record of defining processes and establishing them.
