This is a hands-on role, where you will develop scalable technical solution integrations to third-party platforms, leveraging service management frameworks and identifying ways to empower DevOps and Cloud operations in an agile culture. The system integrations are complex, and there are significant opportunities to work at all levels, from a set of robust platform services to system-level pieces and everything in between.Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow platform, including; developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's platform.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
