QATV is the critical First Line Testing for key BCBS 239 reports and quality assurance and issue management across Finance. We will continue to enhance our methodology, deliver enterprise-wide frameworks, and drive controlled and consistent results with our partners.

• Transaction Testing
  • Performs ongoing transaction testing of BCBS 239 reports to assess data accuracy and conformance to report requirements. Key activities include:
    • Execute testing based on test scripts
    • Review testing results and preliminary impact assessment
    • Confirm exceptions / concerns with relevant issue owner / remediation path
  • Key Skills:
    • Data analysis and validation
    • Knowledge of BCBS 239 principles and regulatory reporting
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.)
    • Understanding of financial transactions and reporting standards
  • Relevant Experience:
    • Experience in regulatory compliance testing, particularly in financial institutions
    • Prior experience with BCBS 239 or similar regulations
    • Previous roles in quality assurance or financial reporting
    • Familiarity with transaction lifecycle and audit trails

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Education:

• Bachelors degree

• Responsibilities:
  • Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
  • Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
  • Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
  • Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
  • Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
  • Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes.
  • Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural "expert" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
