The annual base salary range for this position is <$41,600 ($20/hr) - $44,720 ($21.5/hr)>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively
• Ability to collaborate with others while also being self-motivated and independent
• Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues
• Troubleshooting skills to address any challenges that may arise
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity for efficient assembly and inspection
• Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements
• Some experience in a similar role or industry
• Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
