JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
• Operate assigned equipment to assemble and inspect products
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outcomes
• Support the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficient operations
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations
• Record and report production data accurately
• Analyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement
• Set up and change over equipment as needed
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this position is <$41,600 ($20/hr) - $44,720 ($21.5/hr)>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively
• Ability to collaborate with others while also being self-motivated and independent
• Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues
• Troubleshooting skills to address any challenges that may arise
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity for efficient assembly and inspection
• Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements
• Some experience in a similar role or industry
• Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
