Position:Technical Care Specialist Intern

Education Recommendations:Currently in the last year of the undergraduate courseTelematics, Communications and Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering or related.
As part of the team, you will:
- Start a path of certification in NOKIA technologies and get the “Nokia Routing Service 1 Certification”
- Take courses of IP NOKIA Technologies.
- Learn about Service Provider Services.
- Develop the activities needed as IP TAC Engineer.
- Learn skills as Customer Facing.
Education Recommendations:Currently in the last year of the undergraduate courseTelematics, Communications and Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering or related.
What is Nokia Looking for from me:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Basic Knowledge in IP Technologies
- Basic knowledge of IP standard, routing protocols, OSI model, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of layer 2 data communication protocols (Ethernet, VLANs, etc.).
- Ability to effectively work with Windows applications, such as outlook, Microsoft word, excel, etc.
