This role will evaluate business requirements, effective communication among multiple stakeholders and internal developer team.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through various meetings, workshops, and surveys.
- Assist in creating detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Support data analysis and reporting to help drive strategic decision-making.- Participate in testing phases to validate system functionality against requirements
Prior experience in Business Analysis or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on organizational objectives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
