Strong communication skills across and between a diversity of teams and team members are critical. You will interact with a wide array of software engineering teams plus hardware engineering, EE, marketing, manufacturing, and other resources inside and outside Apple to create extraordinary products.- Develop and lead all aspects of comprehensive project plans- Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into a practical form for executive management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 4 years of project management experience
- Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus in achieving project deliverables
- Ability to break down complexity and ambiguity into simple steps with clear milestones
- Experience managing embedded software development in a product development environment
- Experience in shipping consumer products and leading them through the entire product life cycle
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate effectively at all levels of management
