Responsibilities

● Support the growth of the business by leading key financial planning and analysis initiatives such as transitioning from standard cost to actual cost, migrating to Finance One Stream, and creating cost estimates. Develop insightful financial models and analyses while supporting growth of the business through strategic initiatives. The role also supports horizontal initiatives by providing analytical modeling support.

● The Finance Manager will engage with the US-based Financial Services (FS) line of business, monitoring financial performance and providing counsel to senior-level executives through monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, financial analysis, and budgeting against headcount and operating expense targets. Regularly liaison with India and global stakeholders to resolve queries.

● Prepare financial & headcount outlooks that incorporate up to date information by partnering with teams across the organization and provide transparency in the costs allocated between India and global entities. Analyze complex financial information and reports to support accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for critical decision making purposes.

● Monitor exceptions from standards and lead associated exception reporting. Ideate, conceptualize & implement process improvements. Understand all of the data that is key to your business line and how to analyze it in order to provide strategic support.

● Ensure finance, budgeting and reporting policies, procedures and controls are up to date, and meet compliance requirements. Coordinate with global and local control monitoring teams, and ensure that control testing is performed. Highlight trends to provide transparency.

● Engage and support audits for finance related queries. Coordinate with both global and local audit teams during audit assessments. Ensure that business continuity plans are up to date.

● This role will be on the cutting edge of development of financial reporting tools, leveraging programs such as SQL, Snowflake and Tableau to develop automated reporting of key results and metrics to be used across the FS Finance organization and by key business customers.

Qualifications

● CA and MBA / FRM / CFA

● 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, or corporate finance

● Excellent communication skills - Verbal, written and presentation

● Experience in Tableau or SQL or snowflake would be preferred
