As the Director of Global Markets Finance, you will be a key finance leader in our world-class finance organization. You will be a thought-leader and strategic partner to the Global Markets leadership team and oversee Global markets Financial Planning and Analysis functions.

What you will accomplish:

• Provide leadership in managing the Global Markets financial budgeting, forecasting as well as close and ad-hoc analysis.
• Drive Global Finance Markets process improvements, lead implementation of financial tools, and building organizational capability.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship over core processes building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for the markets senior leadership to enable optimal financial management of their area of the business.
• Standardize and drive consistency in financial planning processes and strive for continuous improvement, identify, and execute on opportunities to reduce non-value-added work.
• Serve as a value-added business partner & challenger interacting and providing financial planning and decision support to business stakeholders.
• Partner with the eBay’s accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.
• Influence, motivate and collaborate with key business partners and team members.
• Mentor and coach teammates by instilling standard processes across finance.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
