Project management: The BM oversees critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, and keeping the MD informed of progress and any issues that arise.3. Communication and coordination: The BM facilitates communication between the MD and various departments, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives. This includes managing the MD's internal and external communications.4. Problem-solving: The BM identifies and resolves problems that may hinder the company's progress, working proactively to address issues before they escalate.5. Stakeholder management: The BM engages with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and AWS global leadership, fostering strong relationships and representing the MD when necessary.6.
