You will adopt a DevOps mindset to support automation efforts and learn infrastructure as code paradigms that sustain our large distributed environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in both infrastructure management and web application development.
- Minimum requirement of BS + 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong experience in full stack web development
- Proficient with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Ruby, Go, Python and Typescript
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, and object oriented programming
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with front end javascript frameworks and tools -- React, Vite
- Experience with revision control software -- Git, SVN
- Experience with Linux is desired
- Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment tools
- Familiarity with containers and container orchestration is a plus
