- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience, including 7 years of management experience and 5 years of experience managing other engineering managers.
- Experience managing teams that engage in data processing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with stream data processing (e.g., Apache Flink, Apache Beam, Spark Structured Streaming).
- Experience managing teams that actively contribute to Open Source Software.
- Experience managing teams that offer Software as a Service which maintains high availability.
- Experience managing teams that offer enterprise software.
