Your key responsibilities
As Manager in Corporate Strategy, at EY Parthenon, your will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs;
- Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
- Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities;
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation;
- Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements;
- Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc;
- Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining the work life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values;
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team;
- Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness;
- Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Academic bachelor or master;
- 5-7 years of experience, including in strategic consulting;
- Project management skills: Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments;
- Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities;
- Full Portuguese and English Proficiency;
- Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
