In this role, you will:
- Change Request Management: Receive, review, research, compile information and evaluate process as per the requirements.
- DQM: Review DQM Business Process Inventory Completeness Anomalies. Work with SMEs, partners, and leaders to determine disposition response & action on the anomalies.
- Jira Tracking: Monitor & manages issues, tasks within Jira, ensuring timely updates, resolution, or escalation.
- Impact Assessment: Analyze the potential impact of change requests.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all change requests, including their status and outcomes.
- Coordination: Work closely with relevant teams to action on the request, interact with business subject matter experts to determine information and details in support of research and evaluations
- Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of change requests and any potential issues.
- Compliance: Ensure all change requests comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the change management process and implement best practices.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports with the details of Change request and DQM
- Training
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Business Process Design, Process Modelling, Service modelling & current & target operating models
- Exposure to process modelling techniques and standard notations like BPMN, UML , EPC etc
- Hands on experience with modelling tools IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc
- Should be well versed with process improvement techniques like Lean, Six Sigma etcExperience with Risk Identification Techniques like root cause analysis
- Strong communication & collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders to achieve outcomes
